NetExec, Inc. and its subsidiaries (herein referenced as “NetExec, Inc.”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, or as “the Company”) is committed to deliver quality products and services to all users of NetExec Websites while maintaining the privacy and security of participating individuals and organizations. A NetExec Website is a website managed, hosted or owned by the Company whose content and purpose may be determined by either the Company or by a 3rd party for whom the company is providing or hosting the website. As a part of the Company’s commitment to privacy and confidentiality of users, the Company has defined this Privacy & Confidentiality Policy (herein referenced as the Policy) that it adheres to and requires all users of NetExec Websites to also adhere to. As a User of any NetExec Website, you may voluntarily provide certain personal data, including name, address, e-mail address, corporate affiliations and credit card billing data. Additionally, there may be periodic facilities within NetExec Websites that request specific information from Users on a voluntary basis. With the exception of normal payment processing procedures, the Company never intends to make individual User information available to any 3rd parties, outside of those 3rd parties for whom the Company provides or hosts NetExec Websites. In general, the Company will not sell, rent or give away individualized data unless individual Users have so explicitly requested so action of the Company. We may, however, sell, rent or otherwise distribute anonymous aggregated, statistical information about user activity. Through the act of using NetExec Websites, all Users are specifically agreeing to abide by this Policy and specifically agree not to violate the privacy of any other Users for whom they may have intentional or accidental access to their personal information. Generally, at all times the release or publication of any personal data remains under the complete control of individual Users who provided the data. However, if required to by law, statute or legal proceedings, the Company may release any User information in order to comply with legal or statutory requirements. Note that any personal information provided by Users in any public forum on any NetExec Website, including in chat rooms, private conferences, message boards or other website facilities, is not subject to this Policy and may, of course, be acquired and used by arbitrary 3rd parties. Limitations of Liability and Indemnification – The Company is not responsible for and accepts no liability for any claims arising from any type (whether accidental or deliberate) of compromised privacy and/or confidentiality scenario, including but not limited to, direct disclosure by users themselves and violations committed by third party sites and services. Users of any NetExec Website specifically agree to hold the Company harmless and to indemnify the Company against all claims, including any claims by 3rd parties, arising out of any form of compromised privacy and/or confidentiality with respect to User information. Tracking & Cookies – "Cookies" is a term used to refer to functionality that allows a web browser to return a user-specific identifier to a web server. This functionality can be enabled or disabled under user control via browser settings. In order to use any NetExec Website, cookies must be enabled. However, please note that all NetExec Websites only use cookies during any access to or use of the site. Since user/member security and confidentiality are paramount to the Company. NetExec Websites do NOT use cookies to store any permanent information on a user's system, to track user web activity in general, or, to gain access to any non-NetExec Website related information from a user's system. NetExec Websites use only a single cookie to provide a secure environment for Users. Each user session with a NetExec Website is allocated a fresh and unique cookie. The life of that cookie is limited to the life of the associated user's active session with the particular NetExec Website: when the session ends, the associated cookie permanently ceases to exist. Furthermore, even when they exist, no user-specific information is ever stored in cookies. Security – The Company takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the security of its systems and internal networks security for the protection of Users. These include, but are not limited to:
Login Account Management – Individual Users who possess login accounts for any NetExec Websites are responsible for the proper management of and access to their accounts. It is the responsibility of Users to maintain and assure the security of systems and networks they use to access NetExec web servers. NetExec strongly recommends that Users not leave their systems unattended for any significant length of time while logged in to any NetExec Website – particularly if other individuals in the vicinity might have an opportunity to peruse the account in the absence of the owning User. The Company is specifically not responsible for the unauthorized intrusion of individuals who gain access to sensitive information by such means and Users hereby hold the Company harmless and fully indemnify the company from any claims arising from any unauthorized intrusion into login accounts. Note that for the protection of Users, any NetExec Website sessions that have been idle for 20 minutes or more will automatically be terminated, requiring Users to resubmit their login credentials to continue to use the NetExec Websites in question. Login Account Protection – Every login account on a NetExec Website is protected by a unique username and is accessed using a password chosen and maintained by the owning User. While a User may knowingly disclose his or her login account username, or email address, through activities on NetExec Websites, the Company does not provide any usernames or user email addresses to any third parties, unless so requested by the individual users. Passwords are held in complete security and are never divulged by the Company. NetExec Websites do provide a secure recovery procedure for users who forget their passwords. Notification of Security Breach – If you believe that your personal information, or a login account on a NetExec Website, has been compromised, please notify us as soon as possible either in writing (to the above address) or by using the feedback mechanism available on any NetExec Website. Limitations of Liability – The Company is owned and operated by professionals who have given special attention to designing and building a web-based infrastructure that provides security and privacy for all its Users. The Company gives continuous due diligence to enhancing security in accordance with the advancement of available technologies. However, the Company's policy and commitment to privacy, confidentiality and security do not constitute any type of explicit or implicit guarantee against a security breach, unauthorized intrusive activity or the misuse of information that Users elect to make available through NetExec Websites. Amendments to this Policy – The Company retains the right to amend this Policy without prior notice.
